Dr. Brent Braunberger is a leadership coach, pastor, and educator who partners with leaders to cultivate clarity, resilience, and purpose in both life and ministry. With more than thirty-five years of leadership experience, he brings a steady, thoughtful presence to coaching conversations, helping leaders align their calling, character, and competencies for sustainable impact.
At the heart of Dr. Braunberger’s work is a desire to glorify God by living an authentic Christian life and preparing leaders for faithful service. His coaching is rooted in Christian theology, informed by leadership research, and shaped by decades of hands-on ministry and organizational leadership. He creates a reflective, grace-filled space where leaders can discern God’s direction, navigate complexity, and grow with confidence. He specializes in coaching leaders in areas such as leadership growth, balance in life and ministry, church planting, leadership and ministry transitions, clarifying organizational mission and purpose, spiritual direction, and doctoral dissertation support.
Dr. Braunberger holds a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Renewal with a concentration in Ministry Leadership Coaching from Regent University. He also earned a Master of Divinity in Leadership from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and Ministerial Studies from Trinity Bible College. In addition to his academic training, he holds coaching certifications through Lifeforming Coaching, AG Coaching (Level 3), and the International Coaching Federation (ACC).
As a coach, Dr. Braunberger draws from a rich background that includes serving as a lead pastor, denominational leader, and seminary professor. Since 2005, he has served as Lead Pastor of Radiant Springs Church in Crete, Nebraska, guiding the church from its launch to a healthy, self-supporting congregation. He has also served in senior leadership roles within the Assemblies of God, providing oversight, care, and strategic leadership for pastors and ministry leaders across the region.
Dr. Braunberger coaches pastors, ministry leaders, and organizational leaders who desire deeper self-awareness, healthier leadership rhythms, and greater alignment between their values and their work. His coaching approach is relational, attentive, and forward-looking—helping leaders listen well, lead wisely, and grow into the leaders God is calling them to be.
